A Helpful Service for Sending Parcels from Canada to Ukraine - WeepingVengeance - 03-12-2026

I recently needed to send a package from Canada to my relatives in Ukraine and started researching delivery services that are still operating reliably. After checking a few options, I decided to look into Meest Canada.
I found the information on this page www.ca.meest.com/services/service/delivery-to-ukraine and it explained the process quite clearly. You can send parcels either by air or by sea, depending on how quickly you want the package to arrive.
The shipping rules are straightforward. The minimum parcel weight is 5 kg, and the maximum allowed weight is 30 kg for both air and sea delivery. That worked perfectly for the box I needed to send.
Another good feature is that every parcel is automatically insured for 60 Canadian dollars, and if you want extra protection you can add additional insurance up to 800 dollars.
I also learned that parcels with a value of up to 150 euros can usually be delivered to Ukraine without additional import duties, as long as the shipment is sent from one sender to one recipient in a single parcel.
Even though the situation in Ukraine is difficult because of the war, the company still continues delivering parcels to private addresses whenever possible. Of course there can be restrictions in some regions, but overall the service is still functioning.
For anyone in Canada who wants to send a parcel to family or friends in Ukraine, this option is definitely worth checking out.
