I am fed up with using hard prep best peelers on thick-skinned vegetables? - abodelook - 03-23-2026

Is it the workout just to prepare dinner to anyone? I was trying to meal prep last night and the skin on the yams vs sweet potatoes I bought was so different the yams were like trying to peel a tree branch. My peeler which is a cheap grocery shop is simply not doing it any longer. I noticed some of the ergonomic kitchenware of abodelook and I am questioning whether the professional grade stuff really matters when one has a lot of prep to complete. What suggestions do I have on tools that will not cause my hands to be sore?
