iPhone 17 Pro screen suddenly frozen iphone not responding to touch at all?

Updated to iOS 26.3 last night and now my iphone not responding to touch on the lock screen. I have also done a force restart twice, but it still hangs even after several minutes of use. Did someone also apply devicefixes to this type of software/firmware glitch or is this an Apple bug? I must have a quick look into my banking applications.
